Alpine Valley Wisconsin is a ski resort located around 40 minutes by car Southwest of Milwaukee. Alpine Valley Resort is an all-season resort offering a variety of activities during the summer, however it is primarily a winter resort, for skiing and snowboarding during the long winter months when the mountains are covered in highly coveted snow.

Bogus Basin offers alpine skiing with 20 miles of skiable, groomed runs as well as 23 miles of cross-country skiing trails or Nordic skiing. Bogus Basin is family friendly and great for beginners, though it also offers more challenging skiing too.

American Dream Skiing is the largest indoor ski resort in North America, located in the American Dream Mall in East Rutherford, New Jersey. There are 3 slopes all covered with 2-foot of snow. The three slopes differ in difficulty and reach up to 1000 feet long.
